We finally succumbed to the pressure of Twiki owners worldwide and finished the DrTHEO 1:1 Replica.

DrTHEO measure about 8.5" in diameter and has motion activated lights and sounds.  He plays random audio clips from the show.  He comes with a lanyard and a display stand.  Requires (4) AA batteries.
